Can I unlock my bikes motor power or speed?

Yes sure you can unlock your bike to the maximum speed or watt output the motor is capable of producing. 

But take note of the regulations in your area as doing so may deem your bike legal for off road private property use only. 

Be sure to check the speed limit in your area but typically speaking exceeding 25km/h is not legal practice in most states.

Can I add a throttle to my bike?

Yes sure! We do have them available as optional accessories here, but keep in mind throttles are only legal on Private Property only hence why we do not include them with any of our bikes.

Are E-Bikes legal to ride on the road?

Almost all Australian states follow a similar basis of rules which are established off the European standard EN15194.

In essence all e-bikes must;

  • Not exceed 250W (Some states eg. NSW is 500W)
  • Be propelled purely by pedal assist only and the pedals have to be used to keep the motor operating (a pedalec)
  • Must not be operated purely by Throttle
  • Must not be capable of exceeding 25km/h 
  • Abide by local law such as, wearing helmets, riding within speed limits in set areas etc

So the short story is that e-bikes are legal to use in Australia yes! Also with this in mind means you do not require any special licensing to ride!

However be sure to check with your local authority as to any other regulations in your area.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed and has been dispatched, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.

Should the item(s) not work out, you may be able to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping will incur fee's.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

How much is delivery?

Completely FREE for Orders Over $100 in Australia or a Flat $8 under $100.

Note: A $199 Fee Applies to Oversized Motorbikes, eg. Surron & RFN to selected states including WA, TAS and NT.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship bulky items to Australia. Some Small articles or non-dangerous goods we can ship to the United States, Canada, UK and other nations. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, or if rates are not appearing at the checkout please contact us along with your address for a customised quote.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Express shipping is available on all small domestic orders (for an additional charge).

Bulky freight such as E-Bikes will typically take substantially longer to deliver as more manual handling is required so with this in mind on average to most major cities is approx a 5-10day's. For more rural areas, NT, WA or TAS you could expect to see 14 days or more for your order to arrive.

International shipping times depend on the products and destination.

Do you deliver to P.O Boxes?

Typically we can only deliver small items to P.O Boxes as large items such as Bikes are not accepted by Australia Post.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Please contact our support team in order to arrange the return of your order. Please keep in mind return shipping costs are not covered by us.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
